Air Peace is currently recruiting licensed Assistant Flight Dispatchers to join its Operations Control Centre through the Graduate Trainee Program.
This opportunity is specifically designed for young BSc or HND graduates with 0–2 years of experience in weather interpretation and flight planning.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Air Peace Graduate Trainee Program 2026, applicants must:

- Possess a valid NCAA Flight Dispatcher Licence (mandatory)
