In September 2021, the University of Strathclyde received a remarkable £50 million donation from distinguished alumnus Charles Huang, Ph.D., through his philanthropic organization, The Charles Huang Foundation (CHF).
Dr. Huang directed this generous contribution toward expanding educational opportunities through the Stephen Young Global Leaders’ Scholarship Programme (SYGL). The initiative was created to support talented individuals with exceptional leadership potential and provide access to world-class MBA education in the United Kingdom.
The scholarship is designed to develop future global leaders by equipping students with advanced business knowledge, leadership skills, and international exposure at the University of Strathclyde Business School.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the 2026 Stephen Young Global Leaders Scholarship, applicants must:
