The First Bank Pan African Graduate Trainee Program is an entry-level development initiative created to nurture and equip young African graduates with the skills, knowledge, and experience required to succeed in the banking industry. Through comprehensive training and hands-on work experience, participants will gain exposure to different aspects of banking operations while developing leadership, problem-solving, and professional competencies.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the First Bank Pan African Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must:
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities.
- Have strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Be self-motivated and result-driven.
- Show innovation and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
For Nigerian Applicants:
- Be a maximum of 27 years old as of June 30, 2026.
- Possess a minimum of five credits in SSCE, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Hold a minimum of a Second Class Lower Division degree or HND Upper Credit in any discipline.
- Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme on or before June 30, 2026.
