Scholarship Details
The Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation awards more than $3.55 million in scholarships annually through three nationally recognised scholarship programmes that support outstanding students across the United States.
The Coca-Cola Scholars Program is an achievement-based scholarship designed for students in their final year of high school who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, service, and a strong commitment to creating meaningful change in their schools and communities. Applications for the 2027 programme, open to students graduating during the 2026–2027 academic year, officially commence on August 3, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Coca-Cola Scholars Program, applicants must:
- Demonstrate leadership ability and a commitment to serving their school and community.
- Be currently enrolled in a high school or home-school programme within one of the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or eligible Department of Defense (DoD) schools.
- Be expected to graduate during the 2026–2027 academic year.
- Be planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution.
- Have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA (B average).
- Be one of the following:
- U.S. Citizen.
- U.S. National.
- U.S. Permanent Resident.
- Refugee.
- Asylee.
- Cuban-Haitian Entrant.
- Humanitarian Parolee.
Applicants Are Not Eligible If They Are:
- Children or grandchildren of current employees, officers, or owners of Coca-Cola bottling companies, The Coca-Cola Company, its divisions, or subsidiaries.
- Children or grandchildren of retired Coca-Cola employees currently receiving retirement benefits.
- International students (except those attending eligible DoD schools).
- Individuals who have already graduated from high school.
- Temporary residents.
Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants for the Coca-Cola Scholars Program will receive:
- $20,000 scholarship award.

How to Apply
To apply for the Coca-Cola Scholars Program:

- Complete and submit the online application before September 30, 2026.
- Phase 1 applications require no essays, transcripts, or recommendation letters.
- Applicants will be notified of their application status by the end of October 2026.
- Selected semifinalists will complete a Phase 2 application, including essays, transcripts, and a recommendation letter.
- Regional finalists will participate in interviews before the final selection.
- Successful scholars will be invited to the Coca-Cola Scholars Weekend in Atlanta.
