Roles and Responsibilities
The Pulse Nigeria Graduate Intern will be responsible for:
- Generating, booking, and clearing vendor bills accurately using the ERP system
- Daily posting of financial transactions into the General Ledger (GL)
- Managing supplier payments and overseeing accounts payable
- Handling tax reconciliation, payments, and filings
- Ensuring invoices, purchase orders, tax certificates, contracts, and related documents comply with local tax regulations and are properly uploaded and referenced in the ERP and Finance Google Drive
- Supporting month-end closing activities and meeting all reporting deadlines
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy, regulatory compliance, initiative, and timeliness
- Staying updated on regulatory guidelines and industry best practices
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Performing other duties as assigned by the team lead
- Ensuring all activities align with the company’s Code of Conduct
