Program Details
The Lagos Business School Young Talents Programme (YTP) is a two-day intensive career development programme aimed at preparing young professionals and graduates for successful careers and future academic opportunities.
The programme is designed to expose participants to practical insights in productivity, entrepreneurship, leadership, and career advancement. Through sessions led by experienced faculty members and industry experts, participants will develop essential professional skills while building valuable networks.
The 2026 edition marks the ninth edition of the programme and is scheduled to hold from July 2 to July 3, 2026. Selected participants will also gain access to the Lagos Business School Management Scholarship Academy and other opportunities that support leadership and personal development.
The programme welcomes bright and ambitious young Nigerians interested in professional growth and lifelong learning.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Lagos Business School Young Talents Programme 2026, applicants must:
- Be below 30 years old at the time of application
- Be Nigerian students or graduates
- Applicants may currently be enrolled in or have completed a Master’s degree (optional)
- Previous participants of the Young Talents Programme are not eligible to apply
