Eligibility Criteria

Finance Graduate Intern
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2)

- NYSC Completion Certificate
- Not more than two (2) years post-NYSC experience
Professional Qualifications (Desirable)

The IITA Graduate Internship Program 2026 is available in the following positions:
Finance Graduate Intern
Under the supervision of Finance Managers and Officers, interns will support:
- Financial operations
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Fixed assets and inventory management
- Banking and treasury operations
- Grants and project finance activities
- ERP and digital finance systems
- Administrative support
Medical Officer Intern
Interns will be responsible for:
- Managing common medical, surgical, obstetrics, gynecology, and pediatric cases
- Providing first aid for trauma, communicable, and non-communicable diseases
- Conducting patient health education on hygiene, nutrition, lifestyle, family planning, and disease prevention
- Coordinating referrals to external health facilities
- Assisting with scheduling specialist clinics
- Following up on patients according to their clinical conditions
- Investigating clinical conditions using laboratory and diagnostic equipment
- Performing point-of-care diagnostic tests
- Collaborating with the Family Physician and unit head in clinical duties
- Carrying out other duties assigned by management
