Fellowship Details
The Claude Corps Fellowship is a nationwide initiative designed for individuals at the beginning of their careers who are committed to expanding the positive impact of artificial intelligence across communities in the United States. The programme is a collaborative effort involving Anthropic and its nonprofit partners, aimed at helping participants gain practical AI experience while supporting mission-driven organizations.
Anthropic will provide funding, strategic oversight, and expertise in the use of Claude AI, while CodePath, one of the largest providers of computer science education in America and a nonprofit partner of Anthropic, will serve as the official employer of record and coordinate fellowship programming. Through this fellowship, 1,000 participants will receive specialized training on effectively using Claude AI, be placed with nonprofit organizations across the country, and work full-time in person for one year to help advance the goals of their assigned host organizations.
Eligibility Criteria
To be qualified for the Claude Corps AI Fellowship, applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be in the early stages of their career with less than two years of full-time work experience
- Demonstrate a strong interest in extending the benefits of AI to communities across America
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Be comfortable using Claude AI tools
- Be willing to relocate if required for placement (relocation support will be provided where necessary)
- Submit an application before the stated deadline
