The HENNGE Global Internship Program 2026 is designed to provide international students and recent graduates with practical exposure to the tech industry in Japan. Hosted at HENNGE’s headquarters in Shibuya, Tokyo, the internship runs for 4 to 6 weeks and offers participants the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment without the need for Japanese language proficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
To be qualified for the HENNGE Global Internship Program 2026, applicants must:
- Be a third-year undergraduate student or higher (including master’s and PhD students) or a recent graduate
- Be studying Computer Science or a related field, or have equivalent experience from a tech internship or bootcamp
- Be fluent in English (Japanese language is not required)
- Be comfortable working with Linux, macOS, or Unix-like systems
- Have an interest in open-source projects or tech community involvement
Pathway-Specific Requirements:
- Full Stack Pathway: Proficiency in Python or Go
- Front-End Pathway: Proficiency in React or Vue with TypeScript
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in building a career in Japan
- Experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS)
- Knowledge of distributed systems
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code)
- Experience with container technologies like Docker
- Full Stack Pathway: Experience in full-stack web development
- Front-End Pathway: Experience with UI/UX design tools and basic server-side knowledge
