Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the 2026 UNESCO Graduate Internship Program, applicants must:
- Be at least 20 years old at the time of application.
- Meet one of the following academic requirements:
- Currently enrolled in the third year or final year of a Bachelor’s degree; OR
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s, PhD, or equivalent postgraduate programme; OR
- Have completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree within the last 12 months (as indicated on the diploma).
- For secretarial/assistant or technical/professional roles:
- Be enrolled in a secretarial school or specialized technical/professional institution in the final year of study; OR
- Have graduated within the last 12 months.
- Have an excellent written and spoken command of English or French (knowledge of the other language is an advantage and may be required for certain roles).
- Possess strong computer literacy and proficiency in office-related software.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team within an international setting.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Note: Candidates who have completed a Bachelor’s degree but are not enrolled in a graduate programme are not eligible to apply.
