Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Coca-Cola Leadership Trainee Program, applicants must:
- Possess a university degree or be able to commit to the program full-time while studying
- Demonstrate early leadership experience (through jobs, student associations, NGOs, sports teams, entrepreneurship, etc.)
- Show interest in developing leadership skills in Commercial or Supply Chain roles
- Have clear professional and leadership ambitions (evidenced through trainings, workshops, seminars, etc.)
- Be fluent in English and computer literate
- Have up to 3 years of formal post-graduation work experience
- Be willing to relocate internationally if required
- Have extracurricular involvement or volunteer experience (added advantage)
- Have lived in more than one country (added advantage)
