Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Mastercard ASU Online Graduate Certificate 2026, applicants must:

  • Meet Arizona State University (ASU) admissions requirements.
  • Be an African citizen between the ages of 18 and 33, committed to ethical leadership and community service.
  • Demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and a track record of service.
  • Hold an undergraduate degree earned by July 2026.
  • Have not started or completed any prior graduate degree.
  • Reside in Rwanda for the duration of the program.
