Dangote Cement Plc is offering young Nigerian graduates the opportunity to participate in its 2025 Graduate Trainee Technical Engineers Knowledge Transfer Programme. This initiative provides a platform to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of one of Africa’s leading cement companies.
Throughout the 18-month training programme, participants will rotate across various cement plants and operational sites, gaining hands-on experience while being mentored by highly skilled professionals. This initiative aims to nurture vibrant, enthusiastic, and high-potential graduates who are eager to kick-start their careers in the cement manufacturing industry. It is designed to equip trainees with practical knowledge, professional development, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in Sub-Saharan Africa’s industrial sector.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the 2025 Dangote Graduate Trainee Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Technical Roles: First Degree/Higher Diploma in Chemical, Production, Mining Engineering, Geological Sciences, Laboratory Sciences, or Biochemistry.
- Technical Support Roles: First Degree/Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Power Engineering disciplines.
- Minimum of Second-Class Lower Degree or HND Upper Credit.
- Must have graduated between 2022 and 2024.
- Must have completed NYSC by October 2025.
- Must not be above 28 years by October 31, 2025.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to think critically, analyze data, and propose innovative solutions.
