The Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) Company is seeking to recruit suitably qualified graduates into its workforce through the 2025 Graduate Trainee Program. Incorporated on May 17, 1989, as a limited liability company, NLNG was established to harness Nigeria’s abundant natural gas resources and produce Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs) for both domestic and international markets.
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to equip young Nigerian graduates with the technical expertise, professional experience, and industry exposure needed to thrive in the energy sector. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be Nigerian by birth
- Hold a university bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines, with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1):
- Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation, Chemical, Civil, Structural, Petrochemical, Process, Computer, Petroleum, Marine)
- Sciences
- Social & Management Sciences

- Shipping & Marine Studies
- Be medically and physically fit
- Be of good character and must not have been convicted of any criminal offense
