Through our Early Career Program, we welcome young professionals with a wide variety of backgrounds, perspectives, skills, and experiences.
We welcome applicants interested in engaging with the Forum’s constituents, contributing to expert knowledge, and supporting strategic operations across various focus areas of the organization.
Eligibility Requirements
Interested applicants for the World Economic Forum Early Career Program must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Show interest and experience in programme and project management, leadership development, and community management
- Have experience writing for a professional audience and digital publishing and/or content creation
- Possess perfect command of verbal and written English, with excellent professional writing skills
- Be a digital native, comfortable with collaboration tools and proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM software (database management experience is an asset)
Internship Benefits
Successful applicants will receive:
- Full-time onsite employment contract of 6 months with the World Economic Forum Geneva office
- Monthly gross compensation of CHF 4’400 (salary CHF 4’050 plus health benefits CHF 350)
- Technological equipment including laptop and mobile phone
- Minimal travel support
