The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has released the schedule for the physical verification of credentials and travel documents for foreign-trained Nigerian graduates registered for the 2025 Batch ‘C’ service year.
In a statement issued via its official X handle on Sunday, the NYSC stated that the verification exercise will hold from Monday, November 10 to Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at designated centres across the country.
The exercise is intended to authenticate the documents of Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) who completed online registration but have not yet undergone physical screening.
Approved Verification Centres Include:
- Enugu: NYSC Secretariat, 2 Abakaliki Road, G.R.A
- Bauchi: Shadawanka Military Barracks
- FCT (Abuja): NYSC Orientation Camp, Kubwa
- Kano: Bukavu Military Barracks, Fagge, Airport Road
- Lagos: NYSC Orientation Camp, Iyana Ipaja
- Osun: NYSC Secretariat, New Ikirun Road, Osogbo
- Rivers: NYSC Secretariat, 40 Ikwerre Road, Port Harcourt
- Sokoto: Eagle Officers Mess, Gingiya Military Barracks, Gusau Road
- Adamawa: NYSC Secretariat, Federal Secretariat Complex, Yola
The NYSC advised PCMs to strictly follow the date, time, and venue indicated on their verification slips to ensure orderliness and avoid overcrowding. Those attending must present all original credentials and travel documents uploaded during registration.
Medical graduates are required to present original licences, registration certificates, and other documents issued by their respective professional bodies. In addition, applicants who obtained degrees outside Nigeria and require evaluation are to submit letters from the Federal Ministry of Education at the NYSC Headquarters, Abuja, with acknowledged copies uploaded online.
Only PCMs who successfully complete the physical verification will be deployed, exempted, or excluded from national service.
The NYSC urged all affected graduates to comply fully with the verification instructions and schedule.
