The World Economic Forum views emerging talent as a vital and dynamic part of its global mission and operations.
Through its Early Career Program, the Forum welcomes driven young professionals from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets to join its teams. Participants will have the chance to connect with the Forum’s various stakeholder communities, contribute expert insights, and play an active role in supporting the organization’s strategic priorities.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested candidates for the World Economic Forum Early Career Program must:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree and have up to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrate interest and experience in areas like program or project management, leadership development, or community engagement.
- Have skills in writing for professional audiences and familiarity with digital publishing and content creation.
- Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with strong professional writing ability.
- Be digitally savvy, comfortable using various collaboration tools, and proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms (experience with database management is a plus).
Scholarship Benefit
Successful participants in the World Economic Forum Early Career Program will receive:
- A full-time onsite employment contract of 6 months at the World Economic Forum’s Geneva office.
- A gross monthly stipend of $4,500 USD.
- The unique opportunity to work directly at the Forum’s offices and contribute to its global initiatives.
