Selection Criteria

Applications for the Wellington Doctoral Scholarship will be evaluated based on:

  • Recommendations by the relevant School and Faculty

Final selection is made by the Victoria Research Scholarships Committee from among the applicants nominated by their Schools and Faculties.

Offers are made approximately six weeks after the closing dates in March, July, and November. As some candidates may decline offers, additional offers may follow. It may take up to three months after the application deadline for all applicants to receive final notification.
