Scholarship Details
The Marshall Scholarships aim to strengthen the enduring relationship between the United States and the United Kingdom by funding young Americans of exceptional ability to study in the UK. Each year, up to 50 new scholars are selected to study for postgraduate degrees at any UK institution and in any field of study.
The program is designed to advance knowledge across disciplines including science, technology, the humanities, social sciences, and the creative arts. Beyond academics, the scholarship also fosters cultural exchange and leadership development, helping recipients become global leaders and innovators.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the USA Marshall Scholarships 2026, applicants must:
- Be U.S. citizens at the time of application.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year U.S. college or university by September 2026.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.7 (non-rounded).
- Have graduated after April 2023.
- Not have previously studied for a degree in the UK.
Scholarship Benefits
