Scholarship Details
The Unubiko Foundation Scholarship is open to eligible students from Abia State who are studying in state or federal tertiary institutions anywhere in Nigeria. It is also available to non-Abia students who are enrolled in state and federal tertiary institutions located within Abia State. This initiative reflects the foundation’s commitment to advancing education, with particular emphasis on empowering female students and promoting academic excellence.
The scholarship scheme is divided into three (3) categories:
- University Category
- Polytechnic Category
- College of Education Category
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Unubiko Foundation Scholarship, applicants must:
- Have a minimum CGPA of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale (or equivalent) for the University Category
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) for the Polytechnic Category
- Have a minimum CGPA of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale (or equivalent) for the College of Education Category
- Possess at least six (6) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in one sitting
Scholarship Benefits
Selected beneficiaries of the Unubiko Foundation Scholarship will receive full financial support covering:
- Tuition fees
- Living stipends
- Accommodation

- Passport photograph
- School ID card
- Admission letter
- Birth certificate (or sworn attestation)
- O’Level result (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB)
- JAMB result
- Local Government Area letter of identification
- Signed school verification form
