Eligibility Criteria

- Demonstrate academic merit
- Provide a high school certificate or equivalent

- Show exceptional personal success skills, such as emotional maturity, motivation, and perseverance
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills

Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants of the University of Minnesota Undergraduate Scholarship will receive:
- Freshmen Students: $25,000, $15,000, or $10,000 annually (for up to four years)
- Transfer Students: $10,000 per year (for up to three years if admitted in Fall; Spring admits considered based on funds availability)
- No separate scholarship application required; students are automatically considered upon submitting their admission application on time
- Continued eligibility requires students to maintain F-1 immigration status
