The Department of Food Science within the Ontario Agricultural College (OAC) at the University of Guelph is offering a fully funded graduate assistantship for students interested in pursuing an MSc program.
The Ontario Agricultural College is internationally recognized as one of Canada’s leading centers for food science research and innovation. The college has built a strong global reputation in agri-food systems, advanced food processing, food chemistry, and human nutrition.
Faculty members at the department lead large interdisciplinary research programs in areas such as postharvest technology, food physics, precision nutrition, food structure-function relationships, biopolymer chemistry, and digital food systems. Eligibility Criteria
