This scholarship aims to support exceptional international students who wish to pursue their academic careers in the United Kingdom.

Scholarship Details
The Think Big Scholarship is open to international students applying for eligible full-time Undergraduate or Postgraduate taught programs at the University of Bristol. There is no application fee required.
Awardees may also receive a living cost bursary of up to £3,000 during their first year of study, paid directly into a UK bank account after registration.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship:
For Undergraduate Applicants
- Must be classified as an overseas fee payer
- Must apply for a full-time Undergraduate program starting September 2025
- All courses are eligible except Medicine, Dentistry, and Veterinary Science
- Applicants may apply for the scholarship before receiving an admission offer but must have applied for an eligible program
For Postgraduate (Masters) Applicants
- Must be classified as an overseas fee payer
- Must apply for a full-time taught Master’s program starting September 2025
- Eligible programs include any 1-year taught Master’s, MA Law, or MSc Social Work
- Distance learning programs are not eligible
- Applicants may apply before receiving an admission offer but must have applied for an eligible program
Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants of this scholarship will receive:
- Tuition fee reduction ranging from £13,000 – £26,000 per year
- One-time living cost bursary up to £3,000 (first year only)
- Scholarship benefits apply directly to tuition fees for each year of full-time study
- Access to the Think Big Development Programme for academic and professional growth
