The Tony Blair Institute Associate Internship Programme 2025 is a dynamic ten-week summer internship commencing in June 2025 for candidates passionate about governance and political transformation. Interns will be placed within Anglophone and Francophone country teams to work on real-time projects that support political leaders and deliver impact through strategy, policy, and technology.
Interns will:

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Tony Blair Institute Associate Internship, applicants must:
- Be in their second or third year of an undergraduate degree program
- Have a strong interest in governance, policy, or business strategy
- Demonstrate curiosity for data and original insights
- Possess excellent analytical and research skills
- Be entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Be highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Be legally resident and authorized to work in the country of internship (Nigeria, Ghana, Gambia, Sierra Leone)
- Be prepared to bear their own accommodation and boarding costs
