Eligibility Requirements

- Fulfill all admission requirements for a graduate program at TMU
- Be currently enrolled in:
- A Bachelor’s program (for Master’s applicants) or
- A Master’s program (for Ph.D. applicants) at:
- A TMU partner institution
- A university located in a Tokyo sister city or
- A university within any Asian country or region
- Alternatively, be employed at a research institution, government body, or private company based in a Tokyo sister city or another Asian country/region
- Demonstrate commitment to collaboration and innovation that enhances the development of Tokyo and surrounding areas
