Program Details
The Tropical General Investments Young Professionals Program is part of the organization’s long-term talent pipeline strategy, created to identify and develop high-potential professionals for future leadership roles within the company.
The program provides participants with the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge, develop key competencies, and gain real-world experience that prepares them for managerial and strategic positions. Through a structured learning approach, selected candidates will engage in practical assignments, mentorship, and project-based activities designed to build both technical and leadership capabilities.
The TGI Young Professionals Program runs for six months and is structured as a cross-functional and cross-business rotation program. Participants will gain hands-on experience across different business units, allowing them to develop a broader understanding of operations while building practical industry skills.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the TGI Young Professionals Program 2026, applicants must:
- Hold a B.Sc or HND in Engineering, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Sciences, or other relevant disciplines
- Have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience
- Possess professional certification (this is an added advantage)
- Hold a graduate degree such as MSc or MBA from a reputable business school (an added advantage)
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- Be no older than 27 years of age
- Submit a CV containing detailed and relevant information about their experience and qualifications
