Carlcare Nigeria, a subsidiary of Transsion Holdings, is inviting motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join its dynamic team as part of the 2025 Graduate Trainee Program. This initiative is structured to give young professionals exposure to real business operations, professional mentorship, and growth opportunities in different business functions.
Through this program, participants will develop strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills while contributing meaningfully to the company’s operations. The experience is designed to build a solid foundation for future leadership and career advancement within TECNO Mobile Nigeria.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the TECNO Mobile Graduate Trainee Program 2025, applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any field (graduates from Social Sciences, Arts, or IT are highly encouraged to apply).
- Have completed the mandatory NYSC program.
- Be 26 years or younger at the time of application.
- Reside in Ikeja or nearby environs.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be eager to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
