The Stanbic IBTC Digital Skills Empowerment Program (DiSEP) was created to identify, attract, and nurture digitally savvy talent in Nigeria. Through this program, participants will gain the technical knowledge and certifications needed to thrive in the ever-evolving digital space. The initiative is designed not only to provide learning opportunities but also to position candidates to contribute to the digital and technology objectives of Stanbic IBTC Group.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Stanbic IBTC Digital Skills Empowerment Program 2025/26, applicants must:
- Be interested in building a career in one of the following fields: Kubernetes, .NET Core, C#, Software Testing and Automation, DevOps, Java
- Hold a minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2) degree in Information Technology or Engineering-related courses from an accredited university
- Possess at least five O’level credits (including Mathematics and English) in GCE, NECO, or equivalent qualifications
- Have completed the mandatory NYSC program with a valid discharge certificate
- Ensure that Date of Birth, Gender, and Degree Classification are clearly stated in the application
- Be not more than 28 years old at the time of application
