This initiative aims to empower women with job-ready digital and tech skills through hands-on, globally recognized training programs.

Scholarship Details
This 6-month (24-week) intensive program is designed to equip African women with the technical skills and professional development needed to launch or grow their tech careers. Participants will have access to world-class courses taught by industry experts through Coursera and gain mentorship from She Code Africa’s tech community.
The program provides training across the following fields:
- Prompting Essentials
- AI Essentials
- Cybersecurity
- Data Analytics
- Digital Marketing & E-commerce
- IT Support
- Project Management
- UX Design
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Coursera Career Certificate and a Certificate of Completion from She Code Africa, validating their newly acquired skills.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a woman aged between 18 and 35 years
- Reside in any African country
- Have at least beginner-level knowledge in their chosen learning track
- Own a working laptop and have stable internet connectivity throughout the program duration
- Be able to complete the chosen course within 6 months (24 weeks)
- Be available to dedicate 8–10 hours per week to learning during the program
- Demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing a tech career
