These sponsors, including BNP Paribas, Chalhoub Group, RATP Foundation, L’Oréal, and Total, are sometimes given the opportunity to engage directly with scholarship recipients during official events organized by the university.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be first-time applicants from a non-European Union state.
  • Belong to a household that does not file taxes within the European Union.
  • Have gained admission into the Undergraduate or Master’s program at Sciences Po.

Students who are not eligible include:

  • Swiss and Norwegian applicants (as they may qualify for CROUS scholarships).
  • Candidates with dual citizenship, including an EU nationality.
  • Master’s candidates from Quebec (eligible for sliding-scale fees like EU students).
  • Ph.D. programme students.
  • Candidates applying for 1-year Master’s programs.
  • Exchange students.
  • Candidates applying through the French graduate admission procedure.

Exceptions for Dual-Degree Candidates:
Only the following dual-degree programs are eligible:

  • Dual Degree in Journalism – Sciences Po/Columbia University
  • Dual Degree – Sciences Po/Fudan University (Europe-Asia in Global Affairs track; only for Chinese nationals)
  • Dual Degree – Sciences Po/Peking University (only for Chinese nationals)
  • Dual-degree candidates from Quebec for bachelor’s programs are eligible

Scholarship Benefits

  • Bachelor’s Degree Programme:
    • Students entering their first year at Sciences Po are eligible.
    • The scholarship may cover a total exemption or up to €9,500 from tuition fees.
    • It is automatically renewed if the recipient continues to the Master’s level at Sciences Po.
  • Master’s Degree Programme:
    • The scholarship offers a €18,500 tuition exemption per year for both years of the Master’s programme.

Required Documents

Applicants must prepare the following documents:

  • Undergraduate Applicants:
    • Proof of income and documents detailing family financial circumstances (e.g., income tax returns, payslips, divorce or death certificates, unemployment benefits, alimony, or child support evidence).
  • Graduate Applicants:
    • No extra documents are required at the time of application. However, Sciences Po may later request proof of income if necessary.
