The Schneider Electric Apprenticeship Program 2026 is a two-year technical and engineering training initiative under the Services Business Unit of Schneider Electric. The program provides apprentices with the opportunity to develop practical knowledge, gain industry certifications, and transition into Field Service Representative roles. Successful candidates will work on real projects, travel to customer sites, and receive training to support fast-paced service operations.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Schneider Electric Apprenticeship Program 2026, applicants must:
- Have completed a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Electrical or Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Be a graduate in 2025 or expecting graduation within the next 6 months.
- Possess a strong academic classification:
- First Class Honours (GPA 3.90 – 4.00), or
- Second Class Upper Division (GPA 3.70 – 3.89).
- Have relevant internship or industrial attachment experience, especially in field service, maintenance, or technical support.
- Hold technical certifications or training (an added advantage), such as:
- Electrical Safety
- PLC Programming
- AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Renewable Energy Systems
- IoT or Smart Systems
