Eligibility Criteria
To be qualified for the Schlumberger Technology Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Field Engineer Trainee
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline such as:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Petroleum Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Recent graduate with 0–2 years post-graduation experience
- Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments
- Strong learning agility and adaptability
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in English (written, verbal, and reading)
Maintenance Technician
- HND in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in shop operations involving:
- Maintenance of surface well test equipment, or
- Downhole electronics equipment
- Proven hands-on skills in failure investigation and root cause analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic workplace
