Upon completion, SAP works closely with graduates to connect them with career opportunities within the SAP ecosystem, including positions with SAP customers and partners.

Program Details
The SAP Young Professionals Program 2025 offers selected candidates an opportunity to train as SAP Consultants. The role of an SAP Consultant is divided into two key areas ; Functional and Technical.
Participants will be exposed to the blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of SAP S/4HANA projects, gaining both business process and functional expertise.
SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a next-generation enterprise resource planning (ERP) system powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics. It enables companies to manage business change, adopt new models, and make data-driven decisions faster. Through this training, participants will gain the skills to support clients in running more efficient, intelligent, and adaptive businesses.
In addition, SAP Consultants are expected to maintain high customer satisfaction by offering valuable insights, relationship management, and continuous consulting support to clients across industries.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the SAP Young Professionals Program 2025, applicants must:
- Have the legal right to work in Nigeria.
- Be currently unemployed or working in a non-permanent/part-time role unrelated to career aspirations.
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or Data Science.
- Have graduated within the last three years with a GPA in the top quartile (proof may be required).
- Have a strong interest in building an SAP-related career that may involve travel.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Program Duration
The SAP Young Professionals Program will begin in October 2025 and run for two months.
Participants must be available full-time, from Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) throughout the duration of the training.
The training will be conducted virtually, in a live online classroom format. Applicants must ensure they have a stable internet connection to participate effectively.
