Through this initiative, Rand Merchant Bank Nigeria (RMBN) seeks to attract ambitious graduates who are eager to build impactful careers within the financial sector. Participants will join the bank’s exclusive S.T.A.R Programme, which runs for 24 months. Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Rand Merchant Bank Graduate Trainee Program 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) degree
- Be 25 years old or younger at the time of application
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) on or before December 31, 2025
