Each year, OIST admits approximately 60 full‑time graduate students and provides them with cutting‑edge research facilities, innovative teaching methods, and an international research environment. The scholarship is open to students in the final two years of a bachelor’s degree, students enrolled in a master’s degree programme, and graduates holding either a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
