Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the OilServ Graduate Trainee Program 2026, applicants must:
- Have completed the mandatory NYSC program
- Possess between 0–2 years of relevant work experience
- Be not older than 28 years at the time of application
- Hold at least a Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Information Management, Accounting, ESG, or Social Sciences
- Demonstrate knowledge of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices (an added advantage)
