Program Details
Applications are now open for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme 2.0. The initiative is designed to help graduates kickstart their careers, gain practical experience, and contribute meaningfully to their chosen fields. NJFP 2.0 is a youth empowerment programme launched by the Federal Government in collaboration with UNDP to address graduate unemployment and promote economic inclusion.
The programme provides 12 months of structured workplace exposure in reputable organisations across Nigeria, allowing fellows to acquire professional skills, enhance career prospects, and actively contribute to national development. Through this experience, participants will build networks, gain practical knowledge, and develop leadership abilities relevant to Nigeria’s socio-economic growth.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for NJFP 2.0, applicants must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen
- Be a recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree or HND) not earlier than 2022
- Hold at least a Second-Class Lower (2.2) for Bachelor’s degree or Upper Credit (>3.00) for HND holders
- Be 30 years old or younger
- Not currently employed
- Have completed NYSC or possess a certificate of exemption
- Demonstrate interest and commitment in their chosen career field
- Show dedication to contributing to Nigeria’s socio-economic development
- Possess excellent time management and professional conduct
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
Program Benefits
Selected fellows will receive:
