Eligibility Criteria

- Not be stateless

- Not have studied in Taiwan for more than one year (except in MOE-recognised programs)
- Ensure all academic documents are certified and translated into English or Chinese if issued in another language
Scholarship Benefits
Selected students will benefit from one of several financial packages:
- Taiwan Scholarships: Full tuition coverage and monthly living stipends
- NTUST Scholarships: Full tuition and monthly stipends of NT$18,000
- ASUS Scholarship: Full tuition, monthly stipends of NT$12,000, travel costs, and job placement after graduation
- International Dual Doctoral Degree Scholarship: Full tuition and NT$20,000 monthly stipend
- Financial Aid Packages: Up to NT$20,000
