Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the 2026 MTN Global Graduate Development Programme, applicants must:

Be young, energetic, and enthusiastic, aged between 20–27 years
Have graduated with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or HND Upper Credit
Be fluent in English Language
