The Malta Government ENDEAVOUR II Scholarships Scheme, funded by the European Union, supports high-quality education at MQF Level 7 (Master’s) and MQF Level 8 (PhD). Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Malta Government Scholarship 2025/26, applicants must:
- Be Maltese or international students
- Be applying for a Master’s or PhD program (MQF Level 7 or 8)
- Not already hold a degree at the same level as the one they are applying for
- Not be currently enrolled in a PhD or equivalent level if applying for a PhD
