Scholarship Details
The Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) is a government-funded initiative aimed at strengthening diplomatic ties and sharing Malaysia’s development experience with partner countries.
Applicants can pursue Master’s degree programs at prestigious Malaysian universities, with full financial support, promoting educational excellence and cross-cultural exchange.

Eligibility Criteria
To be qualified for the MTCP Scholarship Program, applicants must:
- Be from a developing country recognized by the Malaysian government
- Be not more than 45 years old at the start of the application
- Possess excellent academic credentials
- Meet the requirements of the chosen course or program
- Hold a Second Class Upper (Honours) or a CGPA of 3.50 at the bachelor’s level
- Provide proof of English proficiency with:
- IELTS score of 6.0 and above, or
- TOEFL iBT total score of 60 and above, or
- A degree completed in English as the medium of instruction
- Be healthy and submit a certified medical report
- Be passionate about learning and contributing to their home country
