The Lagos Business School Young Talents Program 2025 is a two-day, in-depth career development program offering selected participants exposure to world-class insights on productivity, leadership, entrepreneurship, and mentorship by LBS faculty and industry experts.

Scholarship Details
The Young Talents Programme (YTP) is a two-day event designed to prepare bright Nigerian graduates and students for a successful career in business, management, or academia. Participants will be mentored by faculty and industry leaders and may also be considered for admission into the LBS Management Scholarship Academy or a future doctoral program.
The Ninth Edition of the program will be held on July 2–3, 2025, and presents a valuable opportunity to join a network of driven and high-achieving young professionals ready to make an impact.
Eligibility Criteria
To be qualified for the Lagos Business School Young Talents Program, applicants must:
- Have graduated with a First Class or Second Class Upper degree (or its equivalent)
- Be under 30 years old at the time of application
- Be currently enrolled in or have completed a Master’s degree (optional)
- Not be a previous participant of the Young Talents Programme
