KPMG Nigeria welcomes applications from fresh graduates to be part of its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme.
The programme is tailored for individuals eager to kick-start their careers in an organization that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Trainees will gain real-world experience in service lines such as Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Sustainability/ESG, and more.
Participants will be mentored by leading professionals, work on impactful projects, and grow into future leaders while gaining exposure to emerging technologies and practices.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the 2026 KPMG Graduate Trainee Programme, applicants must:
- Hold a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Have a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
- For Law graduates: must have a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division in both the university and Law School.
- Be a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA) – depending on the business unit applied for.
- Be below 28 years old at the time of application.
- Have completed the NYSC programme.
- Demonstrate excellent research, writing, and presentation skills.
- Possess strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Be proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Not have taken the KPMG aptitude test in the past 12 months.
