The KPMG Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme is structured to attract talented and ambitious graduates who are passionate about excellence, collaboration, innovation, and delivering high-quality professional solutions. The programme provides a dynamic multinational environment where trainees are exposed to real-world business challenges and multidisciplinary teamwork.
Through its globally recognized learning framework and mentorship from experienced professionals across various service lines, KPMG equips trainees with technical competence and leadership capabilities. Participants will gain practical exposure across key service areas while building strong professional relationships and confidence backed by deep industry expertise.
Trainees will be engaged in roles related to:
- Audit

- Sustainability / ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Services
Eligibility Criteria
You are eligible to apply if you:
- Hold a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university in a relevant discipline
- Have at least five (5) O’ Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics
- (For Law graduates) Possess a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division in both first degree and Law School
- (For specific units) Are a Chartered Accountant (ACA or ACCA qualification required)
- Are 28 years old or younger at the time of application
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
- Demonstrate strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Are proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and similar applications
- Have not taken the KPMG aptitude test within the last 12 months
