- Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or science
- Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 for scholarship applicants
- TOEFL: 520 (PBT) / 190 (CBT) / 70 (IBT) or IELTS 6.0
- Two recommendation letters
- Meet additional departmental requirements
For MS in Business Administration:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or science
- Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.0
- TOEFL: 520 (PBT) / 190 (CBT) / 70 (IBT) or IELTS 6.0
- GMAT score of 450 sent directly to KFUPM
- Two letters of recommendation
- Completion of calculus (differentiation & integration)
- Demonstrated knowledge of computers
- Three years of work experience (exceptions may apply)
For PhD Programs:
- M.S. degree in engineering or science from a recognized institution
- Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 in both B.S. and M.S.
- TOEFL: 550 (PBT) / 213 (CBT) / 80 (IBT) or IELTS 6.5
