The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites foreign applicants, including individuals of Kazakh origin who are not citizens of Kazakhstan, to apply for full-time Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs under the Kazakhstan Government Scholarship 2026.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Kazakhstan Government Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of any country
- Individuals residing in Kazakhstan but not domiciled there may also be eligible
- Possess a secondary school certificate or university degree, depending on the program level
- Applicants for Bachelor’s degree programs must demonstrate strong academic performance
- Applicants for Master’s degree programs must hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.33 out of 4.0
- Applicants must demonstrate language proficiency in English, German, or French
- Language certificates may not be required if any of the listed languages is the native language of the applicant’s country
