Applications are officially open for the 2025 Interswitch Developers Program. Through the Interswitch Skillbase Academy, participants will begin a transformative learning journey built to strengthen their tech knowledge and professional capacity.
This flagship initiative focuses on reducing the gap between theoretical understanding and real industry expertise. Over the next three years, Interswitch plans to train and mentor between 5,000 and 10,000 promising individuals who are passionate about starting a career in technology. Selected candidates will gain access to structured learning, hands-on training, and potential employment opportunities within the tech ecosystem.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be a tech enthusiast
- Be a Nigerian citizen
- Have between 0–2 years of tech experience
- Select one preferred specialty area
- Be willing to fully complete the program once admitted
