The VLIR-UOS ICP Connect Scholarship supports students from Africa, Asia, and Latin America to enroll in one of the English-taught study programmes at Flemish universities or universities of applied sciences and arts.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the ICP Connect Study Scholarship 2026, applicants must:

- Demonstrate the capacity to apply and transfer newly gained knowledge for positive societal change in sectors such as education, government, civil society, or private development initiatives.
- Have professional experience that aligns with the field of study and development goals (preferred).
