The Deji Alli ARM Young Talent Award (DAAYTA) was launched in 2015 by ARM in honour of its pioneering CEO, with the primary goal of empowering young Nigerian innovators to turn their ideas into impactful ventures.
The initiative supports early-stage entrepreneurs who are committed to building scalable solutions, and it reflects ARM’s long-standing dedication to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Through this program, ARM aims to nurture a new generation of visionary leaders who can develop transformative businesses and contribute meaningfully to Nigeria’s future.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Deji Alli ARM Young Talent Award 2026, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of Nigeria
- Be between 18 and 35 years of age
- Submit an application that represents their original work
- Have an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and active customers
- Operate as a limited liability company registered in Nigeria
- Be running the company on a full-time basis
- Commit to full physical participation in the DAAYTA programmes, including entrepreneurial training at the Pan-Atlantic University’s Enterprise Development Centre in Lagos
- Commit to participate (physically or virtually) in the 5-month venture acceleration program
- Be able to cover any required travel or related expenses
- Be available (alongside co-founders/team where applicable) for the 2-day Pitch Workshop and Final Pitch Event scheduled for April 9–10, 2025
- Understand ARM’s mission and values
- Be willing to serve as an ambassador of ARM if selected
Scholarship Benefits
Successful recipients of the DAAYTA 2026 Award will receive:
- Funding of up to ₦12,000,000 (twelve million naira) toward business development and working capital
- Access to an entrepreneurial education programme at the Pan-Atlantic University’s Enterprise Development Centre, Lagos
- A 5-month acceleration support program delivered by TVC Labs to strengthen and scale their venture
Required Documents
Applicants are typically expected to prepare documents demonstrating:
- Proof of Nigerian citizenship
- Evidence of company registration
- Details of MVP and existing customer base
- Any other documentation required during the application process
