The Dangote Cement Management Trainee Program is an 18-month intensive training initiative aimed at building a new generation of dynamic and enterprise-driven leaders for the company. It merges the analytical depth of an MBA with the practical exposure of a structured business rotation scheme, providing participants with both theoretical and on-the-job learning experiences.
Trainees will gain comprehensive business knowledge, leadership training, and industry exposure through classroom sessions, practical projects, and guided mentorship from senior executives. Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Dangote Cement Management Trainee Program, applicants must:
- Be between 28 and 35 years old
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- Possess 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) (for technical roles)
- Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Be comfortable with data-driven decision-making
- Show leadership potential and the ability to influence across different levels
